Cristiano is Partner of Key2people, and is responsible for Industry Technology & Digital and Industry Media. He also coordinates all the Digital activities of the Advisory Practice. Cristiano has led the development of the Digital Practice since its inception, coordinating Executive Search activities for figures with a strong Digital & Innovation connotation for the main Media Companies, many Digital Pure Players and transversally for all the other Industries. He also conceived and developed the Digital Assessment and structured the approach to the Digital Transformation paths.
