Andrey founded VIPJOBS (IRC Russia) in 2008. He has been working in HR management and business development for more than 20 years, including 15 years in leading internet companies. With an MBA in management from the High School of International Business (Moscow), Andrey is a university professor at the High School of Management and High School of Marketing of HSE (Moscow). Andrey provided consulting to many leading companies such as EY, Gazprom Neft, JTI, Sochi 2014 Olympic Games Organizing Committee, and led recruitment projects for Philips, Pfizer, GE, Google and other companies. For 11 years, Andrey headed International Business and Recruitment at HeadHunter Group (hh.ru).
