Patricia is a Psychologist, graduated from PUCCAMP, with a specialization in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and has built a career spanning over 20 years in Human Resources. Before joining EXEC, she worked for 12 years in a multinational technology company. She moved between the strategic areas of HR Development (DHO) and Talent Acquisition, led global projects, and gained strong experience in market mapping, talent identification, and attraction for various countries in Latin America and North America. As a Senior Associate at EXEC, Patricia is based in the Campinas office.
