Harumi is an Associate Partner and a member of DHR International’s Retail & Consumer and Life Science Practice Groups. She is based in the firm’s Tokyo office. Harumi began her career in retained executive search as a Research Associate and has been conducting international searches for more than eight years. Her clients range from large multinational corporations to major Japanese companies and start-ups. Harumi’s persistent attitude and expertise in cross-industrial and cross-border search assignments allows her to find and attract top talent for her clients. Her high level of delivery has established her reputation for building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates. Prior to joining DHR, Harumi held roles with a large Oil & Gas exploration company and at a recruitment agency specializing in placing people with disabilities. Harumi has a bachelor's degree in political science from Waseda University.
