He has worked in the market since 2005 and before joining Eliot Partnership he spent 11 years working for a leading insurance head-hunting firm specialising in senior Actuarial and Risk appointments within the Life and Retirement markets. He has excellent relationships with Life companies, Re-insurers and Consultancies and a thorough understanding of the challenges these organisations face when looking to attract and retain executive talent. He as a degree in Marketing from Manchester and he also has experience working within advertising sales. Richard enjoys travelling but is also a keen hiker and runner. He spends most of his spare time and holidays either on a beach or up an isolated tarn in the Lake District. He has a passion for music across a wide variety of genres and will happily talk all night about this with anyone who is prepared to listen!
