I have been working in job placement since February 2022 when the YER back-office team invited me to become a consultant. My focus is on engineering. I am committed to getting to know companies: understanding what they do, identifying their needs and finding the most suitable candidates for them. I succeed by being honest, painting a realistic picture and managing expectations. In liaising with candidates and clients, I always follow-up with feedback, good or bad, and keep everyone up to date. I put a lot of energy into helping people land their dream job. Seeing how happy candidates are when they receive an offer from a company they want to work with is fantastic.
