Dimitrios Adam is a Consultant at Stanton Chase Athens. His responsibilities include leadership assessments and organizational culture projects as part of Stanton Chase’s Leadership and Culture Advisory Services. Before joining Stanton Chase, Dimitrios worked as a consultant for a boutique psychometrics firm in Athens, Greece. He has previously held both contractor and in-house roles as a researcher in London, UK. In addition to this, he has experience in designing, executing, and reporting on projects aimed at understanding and predicting behaviors. Dimitrios holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Curtin University. His other degrees include a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational and Business Psychology from University College London (UCL) and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Roehampton. He also regularly conducts lectures on psychometrics and its practical applications in a variety of settings as a part-time guest lecturer.
