Steve Kitto manages a portfolio of clients across the Retail, Logistics, Supply Chain, Procurement and Property sectors.

Steve commenced his professional career in secondary education as an Assistant Principal. He then embarked on a journey to become a Licensee/Director for McDonald’s Australia, working closely with Sydney and Melbourne head office teams across Talent Acquisition, Network Development, Supply Chain and Operations. Managing 5 of his own restaurants by 2012, Steve developed a “Best Practice” model regarding staff induction/training/hiring and his system execution process was adopted by restaurants across Victoria.

Steve’s unique ability to combine his hands-on commercial experience with his comprehensive network, provides his clients with an unparalleled level understanding of the nuances of business functions. Steve is an active member within several industry groups and associations and is a sought-after speaker and executive coach.

Steve has also enjoyed personal successes in the fitness industry and worked as a strength and conditioning advisor for several AFL development squads and was a finalist in the State Athletic Physique Body Building Titles. He is also an accomplished professional musician, a keen surfer and an ardent supporter of the Melbourne FC.
