Dan Kielar is a Partner at JM Search and a member of the Firm’s Technology Practice. He specializes in C-level executive search engagements for middle-market and large-cap companies. Dan has 25+ years of experience helping companies achieve commercial success and building high-performing teams to accelerate revenue results.​ Prior to JM Search, Dan was the Managing Partner at Velocity Growth Partners; a boutique consulting firm focused on working with middle-market PE-backed companies to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and improvement initiatives to accelerate revenue growth in high-tech/SaaS software, manufacturing, and business services markets.​ Earlier in his career, Dan held executive-level operating GTM positions (including Head of Customer Success, Inside Sales and Sales Ops, Chief Revenue Officer, multiple Divisional President roles) at a multinational technology services provider (IPO exit) and an early-stage software technology company (Sold to Strategic). Dan started his career in management consulting, leading growth and customer success projects for Fortune 500 clients.​ Dan received his B.A. from the University of Virginia and his M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School. Outside of the office, Dan volunteers as the President of Pets & People Foundation, which provides animal-assisted therapy to hospitals, nursing homes, and schools in the Greater Boston area.
