Aino started her executive search career focussed on senior roles within Higher Education and the broader public sector and her experience includes advising on the appointments of Vice-Chancellors, CEOs, and Board Members, as well as a broad range of other roles. Aino is very committed to social justice and has led on initiatives to promote a greater diversity of talent at leadership level.
