Anne van Busselen (1984) studied corporate law and civil law in Leiden. During her studies she already worked in the search field at Ebbinge & Company. She then worked for several years at Pels Rijcken as a recruiter for the recruitment of lawyers. In 2015 she made the switch to Aegon where she started working as a campus recruitment manager. Ultimately, she further specialized as a recruitment business partner with a focus on finance, risk, legal, data and strategy positions at Aegon Nederland, Aegon Asset Management and Aegon Holding. Anne is enthusiastic, result-oriented, curious and has a great interest in people and what drives them. With her analytical view she quickly sees where the pain points and needs of an organization are. She likes to work thoroughly to make the right match between positions and candidates.
