Massimo conducts management appraisal projects and searches for top management positions in various sectors, including industry, IT/telecoms, consumer goods and retail. Before joining Eric Salmon & Partners, he worked in the industrial sector for 15 years, with roles at construction company CMC, Ciba Geigy, where he held marketing and strategic planning positions; and at Saint Gobain, where he worked in sales and marketing before being appointed General Manager of the Plain Glass Division. An Italian national, Massimo holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Bologna and an MBA from the Insead Business School, Fontainebleau.
