Peter comes to Leverage with over 30 years of international business experience and was a Partner & Vice President at Ray & Berndtson, a globally recognized retained search firm founded in 1965. As a C-level executive having worked in all facets of management, Peter brings a wealth of experience to the firm and to our clients.

He started his career in the U.S. with Procter & Gamble and later transferred to the Japan office. Later in his career he served as Representative Director and Board Member to Rockwell International, was CFO at Blockbuster Entertainment Japan, Director of the Board and in charge of Financial Control and General Administration at Ingersoll-Rand Japan, Japan and Asia Managing Director at Thomas & Betts Corporation, several Senior Level Positions at Sumida Corporation, and was the Vice President of Finance and Administration for the Asia Region at Celerity, Inc.

He holds a BA in Economics from Aoyama Gakuin University and an MBA from Texas Tech University. Having worked for mainly U.S. capitalized companies, Peter is fully bicultural and bilingual.
