Prior to joining Coulter Partners, Giulia spent 7 years with Heidrick & Struggles, where she was the first dedicated researcher for the Italian market. Further experience with Korn Ferry/Futurestep as a Researcher. Giulia holds a Master´s degree in Law from the University of Milan. She is a native Italian speaker with fluent English.
