Eric joined Capital Search Group in August of 2005. His background includes both contingent and retained search experience covering a wide variety of areas to include accounting, finance, marketing and human resources. Earlier in his career, Eric was co-founder of a privately-held retail distribution company. Eric lives in Alexandria with his wife and 2 teenagers. He graduated from George Mason University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and a minor in Spanish. Eric is passionate about fishing and often enjoys jetting off to Florida to fish the waters off of The Keys to search for Wahoo, Sailfish and anything else that will bite his line!
