With over 8 years of recruiting experience, Stephany joined PageGroup back in 2011. She initiated her career with Michael Page Mexico City with a focus in Sales Industry. She developed the green & conventional energy sales division for the office, as the market when through a major transformation. In addition, she supported the first projects for Michael Page Central America within the Sales & Marketing divisions. In 2016, she moved to Monterrey to support and strengthen the Engineering & Manufacturing and Supply Chain divisions for Michael Page brand, where she started to develop top tier clients within the Automotive, Aerospace, Electronics and Metalmechanic industries. By the end of 2018, Stephany transitioned into Page Executive, where she currently is an Associate Partner. Since then, she has supported international players to establish their first operations or expansions within the Mexican by finding their top leaders in the region.
