As Managing Consultant, Kevin Carmichael is involved with all aspects of Prodigy Search’s executive search division, working with some of its premier clients including teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL and NCAA. Carmichael also focuses efforts on pitching potential clients for new business opportunities. A passionate sports enthusiast, Carmichael grew up around the sports industry and has spent the past seven years working with Prodigy Search, developing into one of Prodigy’s top recruiters. Carmichael has successfully recruited and filled many senior level searches, including roles with AEG Global Partnerships and the Los Angeles Kings; AEG Facilities; Staples Center and Microsoft Theater (LA Live); San Francisco 49ers; SeatGeek; and the Tiger Woods Foundation. He has represented Prodigy Search at industry events and conferences including the National Sports Forum, Sports Business Journal's AXS Sports Facilities & Franchises and Ticketing Symposium, Hashtag Sports and Sports Business Journal Awards. Carmichael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University’s prestigious Business School, with a concentration in Marketing. Prior to his senior year at Quinnipiac, he interned a few summers with Prodigy Search as well at SME Branding, a rebranding and advertising agency located in New York City. Born in Los Angeles, Carmichael now resides in New Jersey with his wife Alex, daughter Lilliana Gail and their dog Duke, a German Shepherd mix.
