John Atsalis is a Principal at Polachi, the leading provider of Access Executive Search services to technology, venture capital and private equity clients. Since joining Polachi in 2015, John has executed an extensive portfolio of retained C-suite and VP searches for high growth technology companies ranging from venture to private equity and the Fortune 500. John specializes in recruiting impactful executives in all functional areas (CFO, CRO, CTO, CMO and respective VP-level) for clients across the technology spectrum (enterprise, consumer, fintech, digital health, robotics and aerospace). Notable clients John has collaborated with include Zerto, Socure, Bevi, Accion Systems, HqO, ETQ, Charles River Development, AspenTech and PTC. As a Principal, John will focus on building relationships with founders, executives and investors in Boston and across the country. Prior to Polachi, John served in the United States Air Force. He received a BA in Physics from The College of the Holy Cross.
