Jose has extensive experience both local and internationally in Telecommunications, Banking, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Operations, Insurance and Technology helping companies to transform their business models achieving more profitability and sustainability, with a focus in technology.

Previously he was Director of Business Development for Netpartners International in the USA, Canada and Latin-America, Executive Vice-President of Operations and Technology for Rimac Seguros (largest insurance company in Peru), Partner with EY (Ernst & Young) in Advisory Services, Country Managing Partner in Colombia and Peru, several positions for EY LLC Americas and Director for EY Consulting Latin-America.

He also worked for Philips Electronics in Peru, Belgium and Spain and for Arthur Andersen & Co.

He is an Electronics Engineer from Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria in Lima, Peru as well as an MBA by Adolfo Ibanez International School of Management. He has three children, enjoys golfing, jazz music and reading.
