Daniel joined the firm in 2024 to take charge of the fashion, luxury and cosmetics sectors and the broader HR segment (HR/C&B/HRIS). Of Spanish-German origin and rich from an expatriation in Italy, Daniel is polyglot and multicultural. After earning a Master's degree in Marketing from Sciences Po Paris, he spent most of his career in the cosmetics, fashion, and luxury sectors, first in marketing and then, over the last 15 years, in Human Resources, holding positions as International HR Director and Compensation & Benefits Director. His areas of expertise include digital HR transformation, modernizing systems and processes, and preparing companies for the massive arrival of new generations. He completed his career with interim management assignments in HR. An entrepreneur at heart, deeply human and humanist, Daniel is passionate about life and loves to unearth and put talents and experts in situations so that they can bring that very individual "je ne sais quoi" to the success of a project, a transformation or the development of a company. His interests are both eclectic and colorful, focused on others, sharing and intuition, such as the ability to move through abstract painting, digital art or the astonishment aroused by LEGO-style interior and floral design objects.
