Robin Dougherty joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2018 with over 20 years of experience in the higher education field. Prior to joining the firm, Robin worked with Lehigh University as the Manager of Staff Learning and Development in the Development and Alumni Relations department. In that role she developed educational and talent management initiatives for the department, heading up the onboarding, orientation, and training programs for all staff. Previous to that position, Robin was the Associate Director of Alumni Career Solutions at Lehigh, providing coaching to alumni in all areas of the job search process. She also served as the Director of the Engineering Co-op Program and a career counselor for undergraduate students at Lehigh. In addition to her regular duties, Robin oversaw the Development and Alumni Relations mentoring program and chaired the staff recognition committee.
