Sonal conducts research for attorneys, partners and associates (junior, mid-level and counsels) regardless of their specialization, for French and Anglo-Saxon law firms. Moreover, she intervenes in mergers of firms, teams but also legal and tax departments in companies.

Sonal holds a Master degree in Procedural Law (2006) and in 2007 she obtained her Professional Lawyer’s Certificate (CAPA) (Christine Lagarde Promotion). Before joining Synapse, she was an Attorney, specialised in litigation section. In 2013, she started working as a Consultant dedicated to law firms. Expert in this industry, she supports and assists French and Anglo-Saxon law firms in their searches for lawyers in all level of seniority.
