Biography
Tess Singer is a Senior Consultant, Executive Coach, and Facilitator with Feldman Daxon Partners. Tess has extensive experience in client service, learning and development, facilitation and workshop development, and talent management. She focuses on providing comprehensive career transition support to all clients, applying a coach approach, and helping individuals uncover their true potential. Tess’s previous business experience includes progressive account management roles in leading global advertising organizations and customer success and sales management roles within a start-up coaching company. With a passion for career transition and professional coaching, Tess leverages her expertise in these areas to provide optimal client experiences and sees the value these can bring.
Tess has completed a specialized diploma from George Brown College in Assaulted Women and Children’s Counselling based on Feminist Theory in addition to several Adult Education courses through Brock University. She completed her Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) designation through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds a Group Facilitation Methods IP certification from ICA Associates Inc. Tess has expansive knowledge of assessments including Hogan, 360 evaluations, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. She additionally sits on the board for a local community theatre group, Prince Edward Community Theatre. She spends much of her free time collaborating with a local Prince Edward County learning centre, providing support and service to those looking to advance their education as adults or obtain meaningful employment.
