Zina joined Vaco in March of 2017 as its third employee in NYC to lead client strategy & operations. Most recently Zina spent five years at RGP where she was a Client Service Manager, responsible for consulting operations within the Financial Services Practice. Prior to RGP, Zina spent eight years at KPMG as a Tax Manager in real estate. Zina received her Bachelors of Science and Masters of Tax from the University of Connecticut. Outside the office, she is a mom to twins (one daring boy & one brilliant girl), the oldest daughter in a family of two sisters and a social butterfly. A true New-Yorker, she loves to go to the ballet, the Met and sketch in Pen and Ink. Plus, on some weekend nights you will find her dancing to salsa and pop music!
