Svetlana joined Odgers Berndtson Ukraine in November 2020 and is responsible for the executive search within Banking and Food industries.

Prior to Odgers Berndtson Ukraine, Svetlana worked for more than 10 years in Banking. She was responsible for recruitment and adaptation, learning and assessment of personnel, employer brand development and corporate culture. In addition to experience in HR, Svetlana has successful experience of working in business lines in Banking.

Svetlana has an international Thomas International’s Personal Profile Analysis Certification and a Master’s degree in Economics.
