Ben is a recruiter with WorldBridge Partners Cleveland, he has been a recruiter for the last five years in the Finance and Banking Industry. He specializes in helping Mid to Senior Level Bank Executives realize their ideal career paths by putting them in front of the top performing organizations in their markets. Ben has a unique ability to understand candidates and help them formulate a plan to attack the job market. He does a great job of helping applicants communicate their strengths and experience in the tough to navigate interviewing process. Ben can work with an organization to assist them in identifying and attracting the top talent in the market. He does a great job of working with Executive Management and the Human Resource Department to understand their needs and can help determine the best course of action. Ben works with all types of Banks throughout the Mid-West, from small Community Organizations up to Multi-billion Dollar Banks. He has placed candidates in back office roles, production positions and has experience placing senior level management. On the personal side, Ben is married and has three young boys. He loves sports and spending time with friends and family. He is a graduate of Cleveland State University with a B.A. in Political Science and Business.
