A partner since 2009, Hayden leads and manages one of the largest practice groups within the firm. He is based in the firm’s headquarters but also shares responsibility for the growing Chicago office. He serves on the Management Committee and Talent Development Committee.

Before joining JM Search, Hayden built and managed the Northeast region for a specialty contract staffing business until its acquisition by a Top 5 global staffing firm. He began his career as an attorney in the field of environmental and public utilities regulation.

Hayden earned a BA in Economics from The University of the South (Sewanee) and a JD from The University of Georgia School of Law. He and his family reside outside of Philadelphia where he is active in a variety of civic, charitable and faith-based organizations.
