Pedro is Partner in the Industrial Practice of Odgers Berndtson in Sao Paulo. Prior to joining the Executive Search business, Pedro Heer had a successful 34 years career in which he held executive positions in large industrial groups, such as Siemens and the Brazilian group Villares- later bought by Schindler, having achieved success in areas such as Supply Chain, Corporate Communications, Finance and IT. He was also a Partner at several leading executive search firms where he focused on C-level positions, and a volunteer advisor for AACD – Association for the Assistance of Disabled Children. Pedro is a Mechanical Engineer with a degree from Escola Politécnica (São Paulo University) and a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-SP).
