Allister is a Partner in the Ducatus Partners' Houston office, primarily focused on advising energy clients across North America. He has worked in energy executive search for over seven years and brings strong experience in leadership advisory and executive search having worked across the North American, United Kingdom and Norwegian energy markets. Prior to joining Ducatus Partners, Allister worked with a global, publicly traded recruiting organization, initially in Aberdeen and then as Head of Executive Search in Houston. He has extensive experience in assisting energy companies acquire key leadership talent, particularly across private equity, exploration and production, midstream and oilfield services. He has overseen hundreds of executive searches and consulting projects and has personally conducted over one thousand executive level interviews. Allister received his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Strathclyde Law School, with a focus on employment law.
