A qualified Chartered Accountant I have been in the executive search and selection field since 1985. Prior to joining [axr], I specialised in senior financial management search and selection. I recruited exceptional executive talent for high growth, emerging businesses and private equity/venture capital investees. A highly skilled senior executive search practitioner, I add significant value to a broad range of clients with my in-depth knowledge of the Australasian executive talent market. I understand the core competencies required to be successful in specific senior executive roles and have a unique ability to judge a candidate’s capacity to add value to a business and culture. In my private life, I am a happily married father of two daughters. I enjoy the occasional game of golf, creating “havoc” in the kitchen, fine wine and a beer with close friends.
