Kristen Andersen joined Isaacson, Miller as a Senior Associate in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Kristen worked as the Associate Director of Higher Ed Services for the College Board where she served as a consultant for universities across the south and southwest. In this role Kristen also led the Southwest cohort of the Enrollment Leadership Academy, a professional development program for mid-level enrollment leaders. Kristen has years of experience in undergraduate admission and scholarships. She worked with the University of Texas at Austin’s alumni association as the Associate Director of Scholarships, focusing primarily on the recruitment and selection of the Forty Acres Scholars Program, as well as donor relations and scholar advising. Prior to moving to Texas, Kristen worked for Georgia Tech as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admission and the President’s Scholarship Program. In this role, Kristen also managed the dual enrollment program and co-taught a freshman seminar course. Kristen has been an involved member of the National Association for College Admission Counseling, the Texas Association for College Admission Counseling, and the Undergraduate Scholars Program Administrators Association.
