Lucia spent ten (10) years working for Confindustria – the General Confederation of Italian Industry – from 1998 to 2009, where she was involved in intermediation, research and selection of qualified staff for small, medium and large industries, which belonged to various commodities sectors in her local territory. In 2009, she began her freelance activity for multinational companies in the Triveneto region, alongside the CEO and the directors of personnel in the search and selection of executives and middle managers. Simultaneously, she attended one of the most renowned schools in Milan where she trained as a coach. Since then, as well as offering business consultation and professional training to both companies and people she also offers coaching. She has been a partner client of Robertson Associates since June 2016 and works primarily on the Udine-Milan route, with growing interest and commitment throughout the national and international level.
