I have had a varied career across international development, charities, membership organisations through to local government. My passion is supporting charities and social enterprises to grow and develop and, most importantly, thrive. I bring senior strategic experience of navigating different challenges and am a very solutions-focussed consultant, working with stakeholders and beneficiaries from a bottom up, collaborative approach. I also support charities with governance and internal processes, bringing 7 years' experience of being a trustee and working with Boards across a number of other organisations, including as CEO of a large charity. My focus for consultancy is strategy, including strategic planning and operational development, organisational development as well as business development (fundraising, competitive tenders, bid development and services development) and governance.
