Biography
Molly is a consultant within the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Ethics (DICE) practice at Green Park. A gender, equity and diversity specialist, Molly has conducted extensive research into UK-based disparities with a focus on the intersectional experiences of Black women. She has worked in diversity-oriented recruitment, communications, and D&I consulting.
Within the DICE practice, Molly conducts inclusion audits for organisations of varying scales, across all sectors. She focusses on ensuring that workplace policies are inclusive from a D&I perspective, with a focus on gender identity and ethnic diversity, as well as supporting with all qualitative data collection.
Molly graduated from UCL with a First Class degree, a departmental award for academic excellence, and a place on the Dean’s List. She then went on to complete her Master’s degree in Gender Studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science, graduating with a Distinction. Molly has also worked for multiple charities and NGOs, supporting migrants in London.
