During her early career and whilst still at University, Grishma set up and went on to establish a successful news photographic agency, followed later by her own record company. She subsequently moved into industry and met Alex whilst working as European Operations Manager for LVMH cosmetics brand, Hard Candy. When Fusion launched in 1998 Alex asked her to join him and she spent 5 successful years with the business. In 2003 Grishma was inspired to return to her entrepreneurial roots and set up her own recruitment company where she worked with leading retailers, suppliers and manufacturers such as Debenhams, Marks & Spencer, Dewhirst & Courtaulds. Presented with the opportunity of working with global brands and retailers on an international platform, Grishma rejoined Fusion in 2009 and in 2014 became Managing Partner. With an avid interest in social, political and environmental issues, I am an active participator in actions to affect change, from Global Climate Strike and Extinction Rebellion organised events to anti-Brexit and anti-Trump protests (hopefully never again needed). I have an amateur fascination in all things cosmology and astrophysics, and am a keen Scrabble player, challenge me if you dare! As a passionate cook and host, one of the joys in life that never fades is the company of friends and family over good food, wine, debate and laughter.
