As a Senior Consultant at Ergene Consulting / HGA Group, Özgür Zeybek’s past experience cover Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communication and CRM projects. Throughout her professional career of more than 20 years she undertook managerial roles in the finance and fashion retail industries in various fields such as marketing, advertising, corporate communication, business development and CRM. Graduated from Mathematics Department of the Bosphorus University, Zeybek had her Marketing and Communications MBA degree at the Yeditepe University. Zeybek started her professional career at Yapı Kredi Insurance in 1991 and worked at the company’s Technical Services and Marketing departments for more than 6 years. She moved to AIG American International Group to undertake the role of Department Head in which position she accomplished the adaptation of a number of insurance products to the Turkish market for the first time. Following AIG American International Group, Zeybek continued her career as Marketing Manager at Ata Investment and Ata Online Stock Trading, to be appointed in 2003 as the Assistant General Manager in charge of Marketing, Business Development, Corporate Communication and CRM projects. Her next position was Communications Director at LC Wakiki where she was responsible for the management of all communications activities of the Media Relations, Corporate Communications and Customer Relations departments. Having an experience of more than 20 years in 360 degree Marketing Communications, Zeybek assumed responsibilities in the development of Marketing and Communication Strategies; Budget and Planning Management; Brand, Product and Service Positioning and Management; Business Development; and management of CRM projects.
