Based in Lisbon, Alec’s focus is on placements at leading international and independent law firms throughout mainland Europe and is particularly active in the key markets of Brussels, Paris and throughout Germany. Alec has established a track-record of helping law firm leaders achieve their strategic and operational hiring goals and accessing the best opportunities in the market for his candidates. He places lawyers from associate to equity partner levels, with notable experience in managing searches for partners and teams.
