Elke Vorholt has been working in Düsseldorf since 2002 and is part of the LAB & Company founding team. The managing partner has more than 20 years of experience in personnel consulting. Curiosity about people, companies and structures runs in Elke Vorholt's blood. As a consultant, she is active across all stages of the value chain for the energy industry and its service providers as well as in the public sector, in particular in almost all municipal business areas (including transport, housing). In the communal environment, the focus of her work is particularly in dealing with heterogeneously composed supervisory bodies in the impartial, solution-oriented moderation and management of search mandates. The creation of a balance between the information needs of the public, municipal clients and the increasing discretion requirements of the best applicants plays an important role. Elke Vorholt is a certified systemic coach and change manager. Since 2011 she has been a member of the “Women @ Energy” network. Here she keeps in contact and seeks exchange with female managers and women who are on their way there. She is passionate about her job. As the mother of one son, she enjoys her free time with her family, loves music and trips to vintage cars when the weather is good. Elke Vorholt is certified for the use of Hogan Assessment Systems.
