Erica Derector comes to Riviera with two decades of experience in leading talent acquisition hiring top technical talent in Finance and Technology companies across the globe. Most recently, she served as the Global Head of Tech Recruiting and Recruiting Operations at Hudson Bay Capital, a growing multi-manager, multi-strat firm. Prior to that, she held a similar role at Two Sigma. Erica has strong technical acumen, broad industry knowledge, and takes a highly collaborative approach to drive culture, and build the best teams for her clients. When she’s not working, Erica can be found outdoors, traveling with her husband and toddler or home rooting for her favorite NY Sports teams.
