Pernille Dixen is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen office and a member of the Industrial Practice, focusing on family and owner-led companies. Pernille also specializes in social impact sectors, including ESG and philanthropy, working with nonprofit organizations, governmental institutions, and publicly owned companies. She has experience advising large organizations and partnering with various clients, from large organizations in turnaround and high-growth situations to entrepreneurial and private equity portfolio companies to build their senior leadership teams.
