Louise specialises in construction recruitment, focusing on partnerships with both residential and commercial builders, as well as developer builders in Victoria. She has a strong background in Construction Recruitment from back in NZ and here in Australia. For the past 3 years Louise has been working within the commercial construction and engineering/ project management. She has a genuine interest in commercial building and over the years this has developed a skill for building strong, long-lasting relationships in the industry.
