Previously managing director at the Stavanger office in Randstad, he later assumed responsibility for national business development and global client relations. He has a Master’s in International Marketing from the University of Western Scotland, and a Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship from the University of Stavanger. Bjørn has worked in strategic consultancy and executive selection since 2004, both regionally and nationally. He has a thorough-going knowledge of most sectors, with a particular focus on oil and gas, and within economics/finance.​ ​ Bjørn has extensive national and international experience and is one of the most influential advisers in his field in the Stavanger region.
