Zach is an associate based in True’s New York office. He joined True from the Gartner Research Board, where he was a co-author and key contributor across several confidential research reports for global CIOs at F500 companies—starting with competitive emulation, home field advantage, and sustainable automation, and culminating with his final study on the future of productivity and knowledge work, solving solow. Zach graduated with distinction from the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Studies.
