Jo is a Partner at Clarity, the international Executive Search firm specialising in the Retail, Consumer & Hospitality sectors. She focuses broadly across the consumer spectrum, with a particular focus on retail, luxury, consumer and digital businesses. Jo brings her clients extensive knowledge of a wide range of functions including general management, digital & e-commerce, marketing & sales, buying & merchandising, finance and human resources. Jo brings over 20 years of Retail and Consumer expertise. She started her career as a Financial Analyst at Morgan Stanley before then moving to McKinsey, initially in London and then New York as an Engagement Manager. She transferred client side in New York joining Avon in their Global Marketing Group. She relocated back to London in 2006 joining L’Oreal as Marketing Director, Luxury and Designer Fragrances, managing a portfolio of brands including Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren, Armani and Viktor & Rolf. In 2013, she moved into executive search with Russell Reynolds where she worked for 5 years prior to joining Clarity. Jo brings a unique and strategic perspective in advising clients. She works on appointments at both Main and Operating Board Level as well as functional specialists.
