As a trusted advisor to the boardroom, my key competencies and passions lie in assessing and developing people and organizations. Since 2006, I have dedicated myself to coaching (Non-)Executive and Senior Managers, executing numerous Management Audits, and leading Executive Search projects. I have a strong focus on improving boardroom dynamics, with a particular emphasis on Diversity & Inclusion. My professional journey has allowed me to work with a diverse array of organizations, from scale-ups and mid-sized companies to international corporates, and from private equity to family businesses. Before stepping into consultancy, I spent 15 years in various commercial and operational managerial roles, lastly as Director Internet Access at KPN Telecom. Driven by personal interest and in order to remain a sparring partner of added value, I have been a supervisory board member myself since 2011. I further hold a double degree in Business Administration and Engineering and am a certified assessor and coach. I am a Dutch native speaker, fluent in English and I also have a basic knowledge of German.
