He has consulted for listed, private and PE-backed organisations on talent acquisition, leadership assessment, and development on a global scale. Craig’s network spans the entire lifecycle of the built environment and has supported numerous executive leadership teams to achieve their strategic objectives through the identification, attraction, and assessment of business critical talent. Craig is passionate about the built environment and the vital impact it has on the global economy. He began his career with a FTSE 250 global recruitment and human resources organisation, founded his own boutique search consultancy and is a past Ambassador for the Association of Executive Recruiters. Craig is also a certified Hogan Assessor and has recently attended Cambridge Judge Business School.
