Joanna is a Principal at Taylor Ryan and has been a member of the team since the company began. Joanna started her career in recruitment 15 years ago, and since then has completed numerous executive and mid management search assignments across a broad range of functions and industries. In her current role, Joanna takes a lead role in sourcing hard to find candidates and managing those relationships throughout the recruitment process. Prior to her career in search, Joanna worked in the financial services sector in Toronto and Vancouver.
