Biography
Marty Tuk (1962), after a number of management positions in various sectors, joined Dynargie (CH), an international training organization in the field of Sales and Management Development, in 1990. At the age of 33, he was appointed to the Board of Directors, responsible for all operations in Europe and South America. In 1998 he is one of the founders of Hey Day Interim Management and after the merger with Corinthe (2001) he assumed the role of CEO of Corinthe Companies. After the sale to MPS Group in 2006, Marty will continue as chairman for another two years. Marty has been a Partner of The Executive Network since May 2010.
Marty's passion lies in formulating a company's vision and strategy and then ensuring that these are reflected in the operational policy. People make the difference, but only if they are used optimally. In this area in particular, Marty is a source of information for directors of the largest companies. Marty's approach is characterized by reducing complex issues to simple principles with very transparent communication.
Marty is also active in the field of venture capital and is a regular speaker on Leadership and Networking.
