Clem Johnson is a Partner of Crist|Kolder Associates. He joined the firm in 2007 and has 19 years of executive search experience, having been with Russell Reynolds Associates and Heidrick & Struggles previously. Clem has conducted senior executive and board searches internationally for major organizations across functional disciplines, with an emphasis on technology, industrial, retail, consumer products and professional services industries. In addition, Clem has extensive experience assisting private equity firms and other investors with the recruitment of their portfolio companies' senior leadership teams, with a particular functional emphasis on Board of Director, CEO, and CFO disciplines.

Prior to his search career, Clem worked for Arthur Andersen's Chicago office in the worldwide Assurance and Advisory and Corporate Transactions groups. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Clem received his B.S. from Fairfield University and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.
