Tom is a Partner at Stonehaven specialising in Global Technology and Data. He originates and executes searches at all levels across Global Banking Groups, Hedge Funds, Asset Management, Private Equity, Real Estate and Consumer. He has delivered market mapping and analysis on an annual basis to core clients across IT and Operations. He has provided invaluable insights to clients around industry initiatives, budgets, headcount, offshoring and compensation trends. Tom has also delivered searches in Operations, European Retail, Wholesale, Investment Banking, Insurance, Infrastructure, Private Equity and Board mapping. He joined in 2008 from a background with a London based Real Estate search firm. Tom gained a BA from the University of Southampton.
